Решением Верховного суда Республики Таджикистан от 15 августа 2019 года организация «Национальный альянс Таджикистана» была признана террористическо-экстремистским сообществом, и ее деятельность в Республике Таджикистан была запрещена. Также согласно этому решению, были закрыты 39 интернет-сайтов, которые обслуживают террористические и экстремистские организации «Национальный альянс Таджикистана», «Партия исламского возрождения Таджикистана» и другие организации, связанные с террористическими и экстремистскими действиями.

According to a decision of the Supreme Court of Tajikistan dated August 15, 2019, the National Alliance of Tajikistan (NAT) was recognized as a terrorist and extremist union (TEU) and its activities in Tajikistan were banned. Also, according to this decision, 39 websites that serve for terrorist and extremist organizations (TEO) such as the NAT, the Islamic Renaissance Party (IRP) and other extremist organizations associated with terrorist and extremist activities were blocked.

According to the conclusion of state examinations proposed by the Committee on Religion, Regulation of Tradition, Celebration and Ceremony under the government of Tajikistan, these websites were created to discredit the government of Tajikistan, propaganda extremist and terrorist ideas, carry out extremist activities and excite religious and national intolerance, reported the Supreme Court of Tajikistan.

The countries of the SCO Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure (RATS), CIS Anti-Terrorism Center (ATC) and the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) recognize the Islamic Renaissance Party as a terrorist and extremist organization (TEO IRP). The data on the members of the TEO IRP, along with ISIS, Al-Qaeda, and Taliban fighters are listed under number 79 on a unified list of terrorist, separatist and extremist organizations whose activities are banned in the SCO member states (Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, India and Pakistan), which together occupy an area of 4.4 million km2, and is inhabited by more than 3.3 billion people, which is about half of the world’s population.
